Multichannel two-piece caliper PVM-3-8 with 8 independent measuring arms Designed for 89, 114, 159 (168) and 219 mm (pipelines with OD from 3 to 8 in.). Operating environment - oil, oil products, water, air, natural and industrial gases. Explosion protection marking 0ExiaIIBT5 X. Passage of pipeline contractions: 70% D, minimum turning radius in 90-degree bends R = 1.5xDN. Battery life 60 hours. The surveyed distance is up to 150 km. Working pressure 0.5 ... 8 MPa (when moving in a gaseous medium, a minimum pressure of 2 MPa is required). The working temperature range is from -20 C to +80 C. The product transfer speed range is 0.1 ... 10 m / s. The speed of movement of the caliper with information reading is up to 6 m / s. Accuracy of determining the distance is 1% or 0.1m when using a marker system and information about welds. The accuracy of bore determination is 1% of the outer diameter of the pipeline. A low-frequency transmitter is installed in the towing section of the caliper PNT-08 (for pipelines with diameter 89, 114 mm), PNT-06 (159, 168 mm), or PNT-04 (219 mm).

The PVM-4 Multi-Channel 2-Section Profile Gauge with 8 or 16 independent measuring arms is designed for pipelines with an OD of 114 to 325 mm (4 to 12 inches). Operating environment - oil, oil products, water, air, natural and industrial gases. Explosion protection marking 0ExiaIIBT5 X. Passage of pipeline contractions: 70% D, minimum turning radius in 90-degree bends R = 1.5xDN. Battery life 200 hours. The surveyed distance is up to 500 km. Working pressure 0.5 ... 12 MPa (when moving in a gaseous medium, a minimum pressure of 2 MPa is required). The working temperature range is from -20 C to +80 C. The product transfer speed range is 0.1 ... 10 m / s. The speed of movement of the caliper with information reading is up to 6 m / s. The transmitter is intended for installation in in-line pigs and pistons (mostly solid) for pipelines with diameter 75 - 200 mm (3 - 8 inches) with the possibility of starting them through three-way ball valves.

Transceiver PPNT-00, modified transmitter PNT-04 and remote control

PPNT-00

Low-frequency transceiver PPNT-00 receives commands at a frequency of 22 Hz, which pass inside closed metal or reinforced concrete PIGs (for example, inside a closed launch or reception chamber). Fits on in-line pigs, pistons or inspection tools for pipelines 200-1600mm (8-60 inches) in diameter. Powered by 4 LR20 (D) batteries or 2 DD batteries. The length of the transceiver is 330 mm, diameter is 94 mm. Protection by IP68 sheathing at 12 MPa pressure. While traveling through the pipeline, the transceiver operates in the same way as a standard low frequency PNT-00 transmitter. A modified PNT-04 transmitter with a remote control is used to transmit commands at a frequency of 22 Hz.

The RDT-03 recorder is intended for installation on in-line pigs or inspection tools in order to record changes in pressure and temperature along the length of the pipeline. Additionally, the RDT-03 registers overloads and shocks, as well as the pressure drop across the pig when moving through the pipeline. Data logger length 130 mm, diameter 94 mm. Battery life up to 600 hours. Powered by 1 lithium battery LR20 (D), 3.7 V. Working pressure up to 20 MPa. Explosion protection marking 0ExmaiaIIBT5 Ga. Supplied with software for visualization of recorded pressure, temperature and acceleration graphs. A USB cable is used to transfer data to a computer. The user can select the frequency of recording data from the device's sensors. Inside RDT-03 there are also 3-axis gyroscopes which allow to visualize in the analysis software all bends (elbows) of the pipeline and measure their radii and angles.

Universal locator NPR-00

NPR-00

Universal receiver (locator) NPR-00 for tracking and searching for inline PIGs with a low-frequency transmitter or magnet. NPR-00 records signals at a frequency of 22 Hz, as well as changes in the magnetic field near the pipeline. The device has a built-in high-sensitivity antenna, automatically adjustable brightness of LED indicators, a function for remote control of PNT transmitters via an infrared port, and a built-in speaker. NPR-00 has a very simple control with 2 buttons on the front panel. Enclosure protection IP67. Explosion protection marking 1ExibIIBT3 X. Autonomous operation time not less than 240 hours. Low-frequency receiver-recorder (locator) NPR-01 for tracking and searching for in-line PIGs, as well as recording the passage through marker points, with the ability to download to a computer and analyze the graphs of signals automatically recorded in the device memory when registering the passage of in-line objects. Recording is possible both on the 22 Hz channel and on the magnetic channel. The NPR-01 receiver is equipped with a connector for connecting an external antenna. There is an automatic regulation of the brightness of the LED indicators. Enclosure protection IP67. NPR-01 is marked with explosion protection 1ExibIIBT3 X. The battery life is not less than 240 hours. Powered by 4 LR6 (AA) batteries. Operation is possible with both built-in and remote antenna. The cable length for the remote antenna is up to 200 m. It is convenient to wind up and store the cable on the bollard when inspecting underwater pipelines by a diver (or ROV) who moves the NPR-01 external antenna along the pipeline.

The NPR-03 universal locator-recorder is designed to track in-line pigs and inspection tools in underwater pipelines. The robust body of the NPR-03 allows it to be used at depths of up to 3000 m at external pressures up to 30 MPa Battery life up to 3800 hours. NPR-03 can be installed on a subsea pipeline for up to 5-6 months. Powered by 4 LR20 (D) batteries or 2 DD lithium batteries. Weight 10 kg. Can be fitted with side floats for zero buoyancy. In this case, it can be used by a diver to find the place where a pig stuck in an underwater pipeline at depths of 5-50 m. For deeper places, a ROV with NPR-03 attached to it can be used.

Acoustic locator LKA-00 is designed to track the position of the inline PIG in the pipeline by sound. Equipped with an extension microphone (geophone) installed on the ground above the pipeline or on open metal parts of the pipeline using a magnet, as well as a 7m cable (up to 50 m on request) and high-quality headphones. The device has three operating frequency ranges and automatic brightness control of the signaling LEDs. The detection range is 1.5 ... 2 km. Battery life 240 hours. Powered by 4 LR6 (AA) batteries.

USO pigs of all sizes

USO (cleaning pigs)

USO series pigs are designed to clean the walls of pipelines from various deposits. Also, these pigs can be used as batching pigs. USO pigs are equipped with 4 polyurethane cleaning discs with a hardness 75 by Shore A scale and 2 supporting discs with a hardness 85 by Shore A scale. The pig body can be made of solid polyurethane (for diameters 75 - 620 mm) or have a metal welded structure (PIG with flanges) and equipped with front and rear bumpers (protective baskets) - for diameters 530 - 1420 mm. USO pigs pass through: pipeline bore 85% of nominal diameter, steeply curved bends with a radius of R = 1.5xD , equal-flow tees without screens, etc. All USO pigs have a seat for low frequency transmitter. USO pistons are designed to be as lightweight as possible to reduce wear of the polyurethane discs and to facilitate handling and storage. USO pigs can be additionally equipped with metal brushes to remove hard deposits and by magnets to remove metal debris.

Caliper (gauging) PIGs SKT are designed to determine the maximum restriction of the pipeline before cleaning and inspection the pipeline. SKT pigs are equipped with 4 polyurethane cleaning discs with a hardness of 75 units. on the Shore A scale. All SKT pigs are designed to pass: pipeline bore 65% of D out , steeply curved bends with a radius R = 1.5xD ext , straight tees with bottom outlet, plungers, wedge and gate valves. Measuring (calibration) discs mounted on the pig with diameter 85% and 70% of OD provide information on the presence of restrictions that can interfere with cleaning pig geometry inspection tool. The body of the pig can be made of solid polyurethane, or have a metal welded structure (for diameters over 500 mm). SKT pigs can also be used for preliminary cleaning of the pipeline with significant non-removable restrictions. SKT shortened pigs are designed to be launched and received through three-way ball valves. All SKT pigs have a seat for a low-frequency transmitter.

SKT (telescopic)

SKT pigs for telescopic pipelines (that is, for pipelines consisting of pipes of different diameters) have two sets of cleaning elements made of polyurethane with a hardness of 75 units. Shore A: Conventional smaller diameter cleaning discs and sloted discs assembled in pairs for cleaning larger diameter pipes. SKT telescopic pigs are designed to pass restrictions in the larger pipeline up to 65% of D out and bends with a radius of R = 1.5xD out In sections of the pipeline with a smaller diameter, they pass bore up to 85% of D out and bends with a radius of R = 3xD ext Also, these pigs pass equal tees with a bottom outlet, plungers, wedge and gate valves. All SKT telescopic pigs are equipped with a low-frequency transmitter.

SKT (solid casted pigs)

One-piece maintenance-free pigs of the SKT series are designed for cleaning small-diameter pipelines. These pigs are made from high quality polyurethane, which ensures their high abrasion resistance. The hardness of finished products can be selected equal to 75, 80 or 85 units. Shore A (soft, hard or high hardness, respectively). By default, solid casted pigs are made with a hardness of 80 units. Shore A. Solid pigs SKT are designed to pass bore up to 70% of D out and bends with a radius of R = 1.5xD ext The length of the SKT pigs with 4 cleaning elements (SKT-3D1M or SKT-4D) is chosen so that they can be started and received through three-way ball valves. The odometer is designed to operate in oil, oil products, water, gas and gas condensate at pressures up to 120 atm and temperatures from -20 to + 70C. Due to its small dimensions and high load capacity, the odometer can be installed on inline PIGs of any standard size from 89 mm to 1420 mm. The odometer uses special technical solutions to protect bearings from contamination and increase service life. Consumption currents are of the order of 1-2 mA, with a supply voltage of 3-5 V. Operational at speeds from 0.01 m/s to 25 m/s.

Stand with transparent pipes

Stands with transparent pipes are used for training and for researching the passage of cleaning and inspection tools through various obstacles in the pipeline.

The stand is a modular, collapsible structure with a steel supporting frame. Designed for indoor and outdoor installation. The following obstacles can be modeled: bends, tees, ball valves not fully closed, dents, bellows, plungers, etc.

The elements of the stand are made of transparent plastic pipes with diameter 100 to 200mm. The stand can be equipped with standard launch-receiving cameras. The working fluid is water. The maximum pressure is 3 atm. A motor pump for pumping liquid is included in the delivery set.
