Company APRODIT was established in 2006 by a group of specialists having previous experience and considerable knowledge in design and manufacturing of smart in-line tools for inspections of pipelines. Now we specialize in research, development and manufacturing as well as programming of low-frequency transmitters, receivers, data loggers and other electronic devices and equipment used for inspections and pigging of oil, gas and water pipelines.
We also offer wide variety of utility PIGs and spare parts for them. As we think that many of our customers expect not a separate device or a PIG but more complex approach. We strive to provide whole range of tools and equipment which can be used for pigging and during inspection in any pipeline and in any country.
To achieve this goal we had teamed talented specialists. Our engineers graduated from leading Russian Universities. They have 10 to 20 years of experience in development of equipment for pipelines inspections and service. Mechanical designers, electronic engineers and programmers in our team in the past worked in the leading Russian defense bureau and experimental factories where they had been developing military equipment saturated with electronics. Today their knowledge is successfully used for development of smart micro controller tools which are vital for minimizing risks and adding predictability for all activities connected with maintaining of pipelines in safe working condition.
All our products are characterized by forethought, reliability and functionality while having minimal cost. Our specialists use contemporary CAD, CAE and CAM software for developing and analyzing the prototypes. We love to use in our devices all the novelties in electronics from worldwide chip manufacturers.
For comprehensive hydrodynamic or coupled analyses we cooperate with Universities and private calculating centers.
Many of our original developments are patented. For devices which we manufacture in numbers we have all necessary certificates. For all equipment APRODIT gives 12 months warranty.
APRODIT has own industrial base for production as well as testing laboratory. We also have well-established production links with the leading manufacturing enterprises of the region. It enables us to develop and manufacture within schedule and with high quality.
In Russia, we are the leading supplier of electronic equipment used for pigging and in-line inspections of pipelines. Among our best selling products are: low-frequency transmitters PNT and receivers NPR as well as various PIGs. We also manufacture and sell multi-channel geometry tools of PVM line. Our biggest long-term customers are: ROSNEFT, GAZPROM, LUKOIL, SURGUTNEFTEGAZ, BASHNEFT, TATNEFT and other Russian companies.
The last large-scale depreciation of Russian Ruble made our high-quality micro controller equipment very attractive especially when the devices are bought for US Dollars or Euros. The fact is that our basic expenses and selling prices for the products are determined in Rubles. The basis for the price-list are tenders for major oil and gas companies in Russia. These prices under market conditions in Russia not changed after the currency rate change. So when converted into Dollars, our selling prices for the high quality equipment are now almost 2 times lower than that of our competitors even on conditions "delivered at your door".
